Lake Region Healthcare: Back on Track

When Lake Region Healthcare prepared to launch their robotic knee replacement campaign, they knew the story couldn’t be about technology alone. Patients don’t wake up wanting “robotic assistance.” They want their life back. Their movement back. Their identity back.
That’s where we came in.
Bringing the story to life
LRHC hired us to create all the visual storytelling for their Back on Track campaign, a full suite of video and photo content built around a simple idea:
Show real people getting back to the things that matter.
We built the anchor narrative around Fergus Falls teacher and track coach Niki Welde. Her story had the emotional clarity the campaign needed: decades on the track, knee pain that stalled her life, and a path back using LRHC’s robotic-assisted knee replacement.
From there, we captured additional patient moments and created a library of assets LRHC could use across every channel in their system.
What we produced
A 90-second hero film designed to be the emotional center of the campaign
Six short-form videos, each focused on a single message (precision, recovery, personalization, confidence)
Photography for three billboards plus digital ads
Behind-the-scenes content documenting the production and showing the authenticity behind the stories
This wasn’t a one-off video shoot—it was a comprehensive creative build designed to fuel LRHC’s print, digital, social, and in-clinic communications for months.
